Adding respiratory therapy and recovering the last 12 months are optional. Your team’s only job is fixing the specific gaps we flag.

We review a sample of your facility’s real data and show you two things: the Part B revenue you’re missing across supplies and respiratory therapy, and the compliance gaps in your current documentation. No cost, no commitment.
Connect PointClickCare
We connect to census, payer, diagnosis, and eMAR data, and verify Medicare eligibility with CMS data. Your staff keep working in PointClickCare as they do today.
Switch your Part B supply billing
We replace the vendor billing supplies under its own NPI. You keep ordering from your regular supplier, and we bill the Part B–eligible usage under your facility’s NPI.
Start respiratory therapy billingOptional
We identify the residents who qualify and give your team order templates with the right CPT codes and frequency. Your clinical team delivers the therapy.
Recover the last 12 monthsOptional
We bill eligible supplies and therapy you already provided within Medicare’s 12-month filing window.
Monitor daily, bill monthly
Compliance and eligibility reports arrive every morning so gaps are fixed before month-end. Each month we bill every eligible day, and Medicare pays your facility directly.
